Vicky began her career in Physiotherapy working in Bradford Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. She gained a wealth of experience working in various specialisms including Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Amputees, Cardiac, Pulmonary and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Intensive Care and Elderly care including Falls clinics.

Vicky's true passion however, lies with Neurological Rehabilitation. She has a real enthusiasm for working with and treating people who have survived a stroke, who live with Multiple Scelrosis, Parkinson's Disease, Brain Injuries or have other neurological conditions.

Her experience ranges from treating  people in the most acute stages of the disease or incident, throughout a hospital admission and also in supporting people to return home and settle back into community living.

"People can often view their condition as a barrier to things, I get a great satisfaction from helping someone achieve again. It can be big or small, but seeing their response when they do is the best reward ever."

Vicky has gone on to train at Advanced Bobath level, is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology.
